KELLY MOORE
Director
Kelly Moore is a Director at Meridian Corporate Consultants with extensive experience in senior financial and governance advisory roles. Kelly is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary.
Having previously held senior roles providing corporate accounting and governance services to a wide range of entities, Kelly has gained a wealth of experience in the financial reporting and compliance requirements of companies, both listed and unlisted. Kelly previously worked in audit and assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth, which has provided her with additional experience in the preparation of financial statements and a detailed knowledge of both ASIC and ASX compliance requirements.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in Accounting and Finance, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
MEAGAN HAMBLIN
Director
Meagan Hamblin is a Director of Meridian Corporate Consultants with extensive experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, advisory services, training and workshop facilitation. Meagan is a Chartered Accountant and a certified Xero advisor.
Having previously held roles in audit and advisory at Deloitte Perth, Meagan has experience across a diverse portfolio of listed and unlisted companies of providing technical accounting advice, financial statement preparation, accounting training and design-led workshop facilitation.
Meagan’s recent experience also includes being part of the statutory reporting team at Wesfarmers, which involved preparing the Wesfarmers Annual Report, board reporting, providing technical accounting advice to the Wesfarmers Group and facilitating accounting training.
Meagan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in financial accounting, management accounting and corporate finance. Meagan is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is actively involved with the organisation, having previously held the position as chair of the Young Chartered Accountants Committee and is currently a member of the Chartered Accountants in Business Panel. Meagan was the recipient of the Chartered Accountants President Prize for 2019, recognising her contribution to the organisation and the wider not-for profit community.
MICHELLE KENNEDY
Director
Michelle Kennedy is a Director of Meridian Corporate Consultants with extensive experience in audit and assurance, financial reporting and corporate accounting across a wide range of industries. Michelle is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Michelle was previously a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth (PwC) and has over 7 years’ experience in audit and assurance. During her time at PwC she completed a secondment in Toronto, Canada working with clients in both Mining and Banking sectors. Her roles in audit and assurance have given her experience in wide range of industries, mostly specialising in the Mining and Resources industry. She has extensive experience working with both ASX listed and large private companies. Her most recent experience includes a role at Wesfarmers in the statutory reporting team where she was involved in system implementation, preparation of statutory financial reports, board reporting and preparation of technical accounting advice.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance with a minor in Business Law and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
PAIGE CHRISTENSEN
Manager
Paige Christensen is a manager at Meridian Corporate Consultants with extensive experience in audit and assurance, financial reporting and technical accounting. Paige is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Paige was previously an audit manager at BDO Perth and has over 7 years experience in audit and assurance. This provided Paige experience across a diverse portfolio of listed and unlisted companies, providing assistance with the preparation of financial statement, technical accounting and accounting training. Paige has held senior accounting roles in multiple private entities, most recently, Finance Manager at Compass Group Australia. This most recent experience involved in depth reporting on working capital and cashflow management, preparation of statutory financial reports, board reporting, the preparation of technical accounting advice and mentoring her team.
Paige holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in financial accounting, management accounting and a business law minor, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
CARLY TAPPER
Manager
Carly Tapper is a Manager at Meridian Corporate Consultants with extensive experience in senior financial reporting and advisory roles. Carly is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Carly has gained a wealth of experience with both public and private companies, having previously held senior finance roles at APM, Iluka Resources and Consolidated Minerals. Her time with these companies saw her hold trusted advisory and business partner positions in supporting these multinational businesses through a range of growth and process improvement initiatives, including acquisitions and IPO. Carly previously worked in audit and assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth, which has provided her with a valuable background in financial reporting, corporate accounting and compliance across a number of industries.
Carly holds Bachelor degress in Commerce and Arts from the University of Western Australia majoring in financial accounting, management accounting and psychology and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
WENDI NG
Manager
Wendi Ng is a Senior Accountant at Meridian Corporate Consultants with extensive financial reporting and accounting experience across various sectors. Wendi is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Wendi brings her diverse skillsets and a different perspective as a financial accountant from having worked in accounting advisory, audit and assurance and corporate tax at Deloitte Perth. Through this experience, Wendi has gained exposure to key accounting and tax compliance matters across various industries. Wendi has experience in financial statements preparation, tax effective accounting and providing accounting advice and support to the finance function.
Wendi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance, and a Graduate Diploma of Taxation from University of Sydney. Wendi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
PATRICIA BOSCHINI
Senior Accountant
Patricia Boschini is a Senior Accountant at Meridian Corporate Consultants with broad management and accounting experience amongst a variety of sectors. Patricia is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant.
Patricia has over 12 years experience predominantly within management accounting, which she gained from Australian listed and unlisted companies in the publishing, mining and hospitality sector. She also has several years experience working in London in the private equity and not for profit sector. Patricia has extensive experience in preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasting and cash flow reporting, gained in several management positions. Her recent experience was Financial Controller at Aspermont Limited, which involved managing the finance function at the head office.
Patricia holds a Master of Accounting degree from Curtin University of Technology. Patricia is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants Australia.
NICOLE CLARK
Senior Bookkeeper
Nicole Clark is a Bookkeeper at Meridian Corporate Consultants with extensive experience in accounts and project administration.
Nicole’s recent experience is working with ASX listed companies in accounts and administration roles. Her roles have given her experience in maintaining financial records, statutory reporting, planning and co-ordinating administrative processes and investor relations communication.
